Today I have succeeded to install, launch and use ZSimpWin on a Linux machine. The incredibly simple installation procedure was as follows:
1. Download the latest version (v3.60 for the moment of writing of this post) of ZSimpWin from the manufacturer's site.
2. Install it directly from the Wine GUI. In my case, wine 1.7.28 is installed under 64 bit Ubuntu 14.04. It is sufficient to right-click the downloaded exe-file Setup_ZSimDemo_360.exe and then select >Open with > Wine Windows Program Loader.
3. Follow the regular Windows installation procedure. No additional libraries or other dependencies are necessary.
No tricky behavior was detected. it works absolutely as it does on a Windows machine at my work.
